TalkNow provides accessible online coaching and therapy sessions with hand-picked experts conducted through custom state-of-the-art video- and audio-conferencing software. The existing company website and vidual identity did not reflect the high quality of the product and needed a fresh look to better represent the brand and its values. On top of that, the structure of the site was confusing the user. I was brought in to create a new identity and re-work the information architecture of the homepage.

After a strategy and branding session with the client, as the USP + the needs of the target group became very clear, I have suggested a new clear positioning, defining the brand character that would feel more trustworthy, warm, and competent. Based on that, a new visual identity and the tone of voice were coined, to fully reflect the value of the company and create an instant connection with a user. A combination of warm confident green with clear lines softened out by playful illustrations and organic shapes created a welcoming, yet highly professional appearance. The revised information architecture of the homepage highlighted the main messages of the company and made the product and the offer very clear.
